This is when the transformation begins! Once the initial evaluations and recommendations are made and cleaning and organization has occurred, we are ready to set the stage to sell your home for top dollar!

Staging is the process of arranging furniture and accessories to the best advantage of your home’s layout. Elements of staging include color coordination, establishing focal points, emphasizing unique features and minimizing undesirable elements. Some homes require more work than others. Your unique staging plan will be implemented if this option is chosen after the initial Consultation takes place.

WHAT WE'LL DO

Depending on your individual needs, we may need to add or remove furnishings and accessories to achieve the desired look. We may move existing furniture to new locations where they will be more aesthetically pleasing to your floor plan. Walls may need to be repainted if colors are extreme or do not flow well throughout the house. Lighting may be added or enhanced to make your home more engaging.

When staging your home, we will always utilize the most economical solutions available to achieve the desired results. We have many creative and inexpensive ideas to put to use in any given situation. For example, if window coverings are outdated, there are several ways to freshen and modernize them rather than purchasing new window coverings. We have a large inventory of accessories and furnishings available through Entrances Home Staging for lease during the time your home is on the market. This eliminates the need for homeowners to incur additional costs to purchase these items. Recommendations for use of any of our inventory items will be included in your action plan. Our intent is to keep your staging costs to a minimum so that you will realize the maximum return on your investment when your home sells, so we will never recommend using unnecessary products or services. We will always work within the budget established during your initial Consultation.

WHAT'S NEXT

Once your home is completely staged, we take numerous photos to provide you with a “before and after” visual chronicle of how your home has transformed into a marketable commodity worthy of commanding top dollar. These “after” photos are also utilized in preparing any marketing materials you may desire. Clients choosing to have complete staging performed will also receive 10 high quality, full color feature sheets.
