How much is this going to cost me?

NOTHING!  That's the beauty of staging.  The price you're able to obtain for you home will, statistically, be increased by the showing value of your staged home. The investment in staging typically yields returns beyond 170%. So, the short answer is ....Staging MAKES you money.

Ok, I understand I am going to make money on staging, but how much is it going to cost me?

We present our staging to give you the most impact within the budget you have to work with. The initial investment is in the Consultation & Action Plan, which provides everybody involved a detailed overview of what we're up against, what we need to change or fix, how we're going to do it and how much it will cost.  For a detailed breakdown of what's involved, look at our Consultation & Action Plan page.  The consultation and all related services, reports and products is $350.

How do I figure out how much I should spend on staging?

It's going to depend on a couple of factors; the competition, your target selling price and the current state of your home. We won't suggest any investments that would not provide a larger return, and you make the informed choices of how you want to allocate your budget. For example, if your kitchen is dated and your budget allows, we may recommend cabinet replacement.  But if your budget is better served elsewhere, we may recommend re-facing, or even more economical, painting.  We have solutions to fit every budget and the real estate knowledge to know where your money will be best spent.

I don't have a lot of money available to spend.  What would my best investment be?

The Consultation & Action Plan is by far your best investment.  Not only will you know exactly what you need to do and how much it's going to cost, but after you've implemented your plan, we will come back out and fine tune for you. If something doesn't look quite right, we'll let you know what you need to do to refine it.  We offer as much or as little direction as you need.

What should we do about Rover?

Ideally your pet, whether dog, cat or other should be removed from your home during the selling process. Boarding, friends, relatives are great alternatives to keeping your pet in your home while you are trying to sell it.  If you have to keep your pet in your home make it as unobtrusive as you can.  Put it in the back yard or in an area where the prospective buyer is not going to be overwhelmed with its presence.
