need to lease furniture for staging vacant properties, in this case a little
goes a long way.
Ready For Market has alliances with a variety of service
providers, including furniture rental. Due to the variety of factors involved,
costs for these services will be provided on an individual basis. Because
Entrances has its own inventory of items and many creative solutions, we are
able to keep traditional furniture rental costs to a minimum for our vacant
property owners. We create vignettes for a cozy, comfortable look which requires
far less furnishings than an occupied home.
In some cases when a homeowner needs to sell a vacant home, it is due to
relocation or transfer which necessitates the owner to move prior to listing or
selling. We will work with owners who are not able to complete the necessary
work to prepare their property for marketing. Upon making the property
accessible for inspection, Entrances will prepare a complete evaluation and
recommended action plan within 24 hours, which can be either emailed or faxed
for review. Because no initial Consultation is required, the cost for a vacant
home evaluation is $250, which is applied to the total cost of staging.
